Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month is an annual national campaign held every February. It highlights the role of CTE programs in preparing students for college and careers, while showcasing the achievements of students, educators, and programs nationwide.
Okeechobee County Schools' students can explore more than 16 industry‑focused programs of study and join clubs such as DECA, FFEA, and FFA.
Friday, 2/6, 5th Grade, 8th Grade, and 10th Grade students will have an opportunity to attend a career fair held at IRSC (Okeechobee) that connects students to industry leaders to learn more about future opportunities.
