Okeechobee Freshman Campus

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉
We are beyond proud to share that our very own Principal, Mrs. Vicki Goggans, and Assistant Principal, Mrs. Ashley Kidd, have been named top two finalists for Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year! 👏👏

We’ll be cheering them on at tomorrow’s “Night of the Stars” Employee Recognition Banquet! 🌟

No matter the outcome, we couldn’t be prouder to work alongside such incredible leaders who inspire us every day. This year is especially meaningful—it’s our last year together at this campus before we move to the new OHS. Mrs. Goggans and Mrs. Kidd are truly leaving a lasting legacy of excellence, teamwork, and heart. ❤️

Here’s to leadership that makes OHSFC Better Than Average!

🎉Thank You to the Education Foundation of Okeechobee! ✨

We’re excited to share that Mrs. Bates has been awarded a mini-grant to support her students at OHSFC! This project will empower her 9th-grade ELA students—many of whom are ESOL and ESE learners—as they work to master a vital skill: identifying central ideas and relevant details in complex texts.

🌟 We are deeply grateful for the foundation’s continued support of teacher-led initiatives in Okeechobee that enrich student learning and spark innovation in the classroom.
In total, they funded 58 projects across the district!
