What a WICKED start to our Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week at Central Elementary! Today was nothing short of magical, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of our incredible community. So many celebrations at Central Elementary today! Mrs. G took on the Ice Bucket Challenge 🧊 to raise awareness for Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠💚, and our whole school came together to cheer on our amazing 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders as they gear up for state assessments next week! 📚✏️ We’re proud of our Panthers! 🐾 You’ve got this!!

Wow! 🤩 Literally hundreds of Power Paws were handed out this week to recognize the positive choices our Panthers are making! 🐾 We pulled 10 names from the box for students to spin the wheel and win a prize! 🎉🎁 Panther Pride! 🐾🙌

💗🎀 Today, we wore pink for our principal! 🎀💗 Students and staff at Central Elementary came together in a sea of pink clothes, ribbons, and even cat ear headbands to celebrate Principal Appreciation Day and honor our amazing leader, Mrs. Cynthia Kubit — a proud Panther through and through! Mrs. Kubit once walked these very halls as a student, and for the past six years, she’s returned to lead with heart, wisdom, and strength. From being called kind, fair, tall, and smart by our students to being deeply admired by our staff, she is truly beloved.
