Just a friendly reminder, there is no school on Monday, January 20th. We look forward to seeing students return on Tuesday, January 21st. Have a wonderful weekend!
At approx., 12:24PM the Okeechobee Sheriff's Office notified our SRO to move into a Shelter in Place due to suspicious activity nearby. At approx., 12:30PM, the Sheriff's Office notified NES to lift the Shelter in Place. We applaud our students and staff for taking this seriously. All normal activities have resumed.

NES families, Tomorrow is an early release day. Students dismiss at 11:30AM. Due to the shortened day and the upcoming holiday, please do not send in any money tomorrow. We will resume collecting money for fundraisers and field trips on January 7th. We hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The PTO fundraiser items were delivered early and pick up is available until 4:00PM today, Dec. 3rd, or tomorrow until 3:30PM. Please make arrangements to stop by and pick up your items. Thank you!

Reminder: Today, November 22nd, is an Early Release Day. Students will dismiss at 11:30AM. Please call to have any changes to transportation completed no later than 11:00AM.
Reminder tomorrow we will be hosting our annual Track and Field Event!! If you are coming to cheer on your favorite Tiger you are invited to come at 8:20. We hope to see you there.
